  • Which is the most stable Crypto Currency at present after Bitcoins?

It’s no brainer that Bitcoin leads the way as the most stable crypto currency, but what about others? What do you guys feel about other crypto currencies? I like to know which one you feel is the most stable one after Bitcoins?

My personal opinion is that Litecoin is the next best closely followed by others like Dogecoin and such, but what’s your view on it?

You can’t have stability with Digital Currencies, as they are likely to be violate and undependable. I think Bitcoin is the only one that gives me confidence to invest in it while rest I don’t even know well, but the only thing is that the price is seriously low, so that’s one part where you can perhaps invest and wish something happen to Bitcoin or it drops heavily since then other Cryptocurrencies will have open door to climb up.

I do not trust any other Digital Currency because not much is worth or give you confidence at all. I only mine and trade on Bitcoins and find it very good but even that needs proper effort. I don’t think we will be able to get too much benefit by investing in new digital currency. There is a thinking that it could work like Bitcoin did years back, but it’s not possible and there is very much logic behind it.

My friend who told you that Bitcoin is anything stable? It’s popular but stable and popular is two different things, so that’s why we need to be careful with not terming it as stable because it is not and that’s why we need to be wise. Now, if Bitcoins are not stable than how do you expect any other Digital currency to be stable when the mother/father itself is not stable enough….. Lol :d

Frankly speaking, I don’t think BTC is stable at all while other Crypto Currency are way better in terms of stability, it’s obvious that they are no match or BTC especially with the level of difference, but since you simply talked about the stability then I guess you got to be fair in judging it that way only.

It’s amazing that Bitcoin is obviously Crypto Currency yet it’s so far ahead that you often feel embarrassed to even talk about it.

I agree with you there Plamen, it’s all very stable these Digital Currencies but on low levels if you put it. What’s embarrassing with it? I mean it’s obvious that others are not so popular and that’s why they are on the level they are, it’s nothing to be embarrassed or anything like that. I don’t think I believe in any other Digital Currency ever coming near to level where Bitcoin is and the reason is very much obvious.

That is right and I think the question itself is absolutely incorrect because Crypto Currencies are never meant to be stable. I would rather think about the popular currency after BTC then I will put Ethereum into picture as that for me is the best after BTC but then again there are many others which are very near, so it’s very hard call to them especially with the forever changing situation of the market and demand.

Perfect. I will say that’s the thing that’s really summed it up nicely. I too never think that there is any sort of stability with Crypto Currency whether it’s Bitcoin or any other, it’s always going to be very wild and we need to accept this totally because if we don’t then we are simply running out of reality.

Even if we see currently with Bitcoin, it’s moving without any stability at all in certain level.

I too have liking for ETH but there are new rising E-Currencies that I hear about like Primecoin and these type, so I think you can be better off with dividing the investment instead of getting stuck with just one because it obviously is not going to work in anyone’s favor at all, so better to keep it all very much divided, so in case one is not working at least other works. I do that only and seem best bet.

I completely agree. Nothing is here to stay forever. So, better divide your hood and invest in others as well. I also feel ETH has a bright future in the near term. Let's see

Yes, I think Ether is definitely very good and can be called stable. In fact, if you see it in real way then it’s stable even then Bitcoin. It’s no doubt that it’s not as big as Bitcoin is but still in way it’s working, it’s the most stable Crypto Currency and also is a great potential investment. I will still want to have Bitcoin, but if there is ever other thing then it’s definitely Ether that’s highest.

Kind of agree with Vikas. Ethereum looks quite promising and I have this hunch that it might be soon in the league with Bitcoin and might even upstage it! But that remains to be seen but the high potential can’t be ruled out! Of course, there are other competitors too and you have a full blown competition at hand!

But as usual, only the fittest would survive and be accepted as a lead with others being just a poor copycat.

There aren’t too many options I believe. I know there are over 700-800 crypto currencies out there, but still when you talk about genuine options and genuine opportunities then there are hardly 50-60, so need to be very much on the mark when it comes t which Crypto Currencies we should go and never ever to do anything outside the requirement to later face any sort of issues r worry that can be seriously hard to hand.

Wow! 700-800 Crypto currencies! Well whatever number it might be, you need to select only the best as they would have good valuations, acceptance, popular and ease to use.

Undoubtedly Bitcoin leads the pack but there are some other good alternatives too like those mentioned by folks above like Ethereum, PrimeCoin, Litecoin, etc. So you might like to diversify a bit but not too much. For the time being I am staying with Bitcoin and have not looked for others!

I am sorry, but the one you mentioned are hardly one that are good option, as Litecoin is almost dead and I have no clue about PrimeCoin, so that leaves me with only Ethereum, which I consider a good option, but still we need to be very careful with how we go about it. As per the question, it’s very evident that Bitcoin is the bet, but if it’s after this then Ether is leading the place.
